I guarantee the seeds I sell to be the exact variety and exact type of seed you ordered. Seed is a live product which depends on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, irrigation, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease free soil, temperature, and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Germination is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the Buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequentially, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the Buyer's methods or mistakes. These same seeds are used by me, my colleagues, and other seed savers I trade with to grow out new seed crops each year. My seeds are all germination tested.

USA Shipping Terms and Conditions: Shipping for the United States is still only $ 3.50 no matter how many seeds you purchase. This includes the newest postal rate increase .They have a new designation of my padded envelopes from " First Class Letter " to the much more expensive " First Class Large Envelope " or , in the case of slightly heavier ones : " First Class Parcel " . This means my packages have nearly doubled in postage! This also includes the cost of the white or tan 5" x 7" padded mailer (or a larger 7 1/2" X 8" mailer or larger as needed, for bigger orders of seeds.) which also went up in price. The privilege of using the internet as a way of accepting credit cards also has an increased cost for me as a businessperson. I will purchase out of my own pocket a USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking Code for an extra $.75, for the addresses in states where I have the most trouble with mailing: Florida and California, some large urban areas, and for orders larger than $ 50.00. Insurance is optional and at the Buyer's expense. Sorry, I cannot be responsible for items not insured.

International Shipping and Orders: I am very sorry, but due to the new, stricter rules on all plant products, I can no longer ship seeds to Australia, no exceptions. I will ship seeds to all other international countries where it is legal to do so. Due to September 11, it is now illegal to ship seeds to most Middle Eastern countries. Please check with me first before ordering. Also some parts of the world are still “iffy" for mail and I will let know if shipping is at your own risk for those places. Interestingly, since September 11, Canada is now becoming so difficult that I will ship there only at your own risk. Most European countries are still just fine these days for mailing. It is still best and safest to check with me first before making your international order. I am very sorry that the state of the world makes it so difficult for me to make all my gardening friends the world over happy. All international shipping is by First Class International Airmail rate.

Payment types accepted: money order, cash (at your risk), personal or business checks drawn on a United States bank only, or Paypal (please try to have a $10.00 minimum order). I am sorry, but I am not set up to accept credit cards over the phone.
